Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from MERCHANT. If you wish to return an item, please read the conditions below.

14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the goods, without having to provide a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform MERCHANT of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You may contact us by email at [YOUR CONTACT EMAIL] with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

After notifying us, you must send the goods back within 14 days.

Return shipping

The direct cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using appropriate protective packaging and a tracked shipping method, particularly for valuable cards.

Condition of returned cards

You may inspect the cards to the extent necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. You may be responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

Please package returned cards carefully to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, or once you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, as applicable, we will process the refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

We will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option offered for your order. Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive shipping method are not refundable.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Incorrect, damaged or defective items

If you receive an incorrect item, or if your order arrives damaged or appears not to conform to what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at samuel.polleunis@gmail.com, including your order number and photographs where relevant.

Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods are not affected by this return policy.

Order cancellations

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Where possible, we will cancel the order before shipment.
