2. Products
MERCHANT specialises in trading cards and related collectible products.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, collector numbers, sets, rarities, languages, finishes and other product information are accurate.
For trading cards offered in different variants, the language and finish supplied will correspond to the variant selected when placing the order.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, individual cards are sold in Near Mint (NM) condition. Minor variations compatible with the stated condition may occur.
Product images are provided to help identify the product. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on the screen or device used.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€), unless otherwise indicated.
The total price of the order, including applicable taxes and shipping costs, is displayed before the customer confirms the purchase.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination, order value and delivery method selected.
4. Orders
Customers are responsible for checking their order, including the selected card, language, finish, quantity, delivery address and other relevant information, before confirming the purchase.
After an order is placed, the customer will receive an electronic order confirmation.
If a product becomes unavailable due to an inventory error or another exceptional circumstance, MERCHANT will inform the customer and refund any amount paid for the unavailable product where appropriate.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed. MERCHANT does not receive or store the customer's complete payment-card details when payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Available shipping methods, prices and applicable delivery information are displayed during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Estimated delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers who benefit from a statutory right of withdrawal may exercise that right in accordance with applicable law.

Product names, trademarks, logos, card artwork and other third-party intellectual property displayed on the website remain the property of their respective owners.
MERCHANT is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the respective publishers or intellectual property owners unless expressly stated otherwise.
Original MERCHANT website content, branding, text and design elements may not be reproduced without permission, except where permitted by law.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and up-to-date information on merchanttcg.com. However, occasional technical errors, typographical errors or temporary interruptions may occur.
