SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
Orders are prepared and shipped from Belgium. We take care to securely package trading cards to protect them during transport.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Tracking information will be provided when available for the selected shipping method.
Shipping Destinations
MERCHANT ships to Belgium and selected European countries.
Available shipping destinations and shipping methods are displayed during checkout. If a destination is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment. Costs may vary depending on the destination, order value and selected delivery method.
Delivery Times
The applicable delivery information is displayed during checkout where available.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier. Unless another delivery period has been agreed with the customer, orders will be delivered within the maximum period required by applicable law.
Packaging
Trading cards are carefully packaged to reduce the risk of damage during transport. Depending on the order, protective sleeves, rigid protection and/or appropriate protective packaging may be used.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders
If your order is significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at samuel.polleunis@gmail.com with your order number and relevant information.
If an order arrives damaged, please include photographs of the packaging and affected products where possible.
We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Customs and Import Charges
For destinations where customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply to the customer's charge, any applicable charges and responsibilities will be handled in accordance with the laws applicable to the order and destination by the customer.
